Policy
                      As manufacturer, we reserve the right to slightly modify our existing products. If you are working on
            very tight spacing, we encourage you to call us direct to verify before purchase to achieve maximum
            usage satisfaction of our products.
           
                                        Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific standard time will be shipped out the same day if item (s) in
            stock. For items out of stock, notification will be sent out within 24 hours with approximate future
            available date.
 
            We encourage our customers carefully exam the package (s) upon receiving and note on delivery
            receipt any damage to the outside carton (s) and / or shortage.  Any concealed damage needs to be
            reported within 10 days and all inside contents including inside and outside packaging material
            should be available for pick up.  VTI is not liable for freight damage reported after 10 days upon
            receiving or if packaging material is missing.
