Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific standard time will be shipped out the same day if item(s) in stock. For items out of stock, notification will be sent out within 24 hours with approximate future available date.
We encourage our customers carefully exam the package(s) upon receiving and note on the delivery receipt any damage to the outside cartons(s)/or shortage. Any concealed damage needs to be reported within 10 days for replacement parts to be sent. All inside contents including inside and outside packaging material should be the same for any return to be accepted. No credit will be extended should the packaging material is missing and/or the contents are damaged upon return.
